Through Transit-Oriented Area Rezoning Policy, two single-house lots are combined to yield a 6-storey building with all secured rental residential units, adding to the much needed housing stock. Total of 61 units range from studio, 1-bed to 2 bed, with 35% family units. The ground floor units have patios and front entrances off the streets.
Spatious Amenity Room & Rooftop Terrace
A large amenity room next to the entry lobby is designed for flexible use by the tenants for gatherings and private events. The entire rooftop is programmed with a covered BBQ area with plenty of seating space and children’s play area, ideal for families.
