SHINY PRETTY THINGS
Featuring new work by Alissa Coe, Bahar Ghaemi, Bettie Cott, Crawford Noble, Derek McLeod, Dieter Janssen, Dylan McKinnon, eeaa Design, Jeremy Hatch, Jessica Nakanishi, Jordan Murphy, Joy Charbonneau, Kirsten White, Rob Southcott, The Practice of Everyday Design, ThrasherMilne, Tomas Rojcik, and Zoë Mowat.
Shiny objects have an instinctive allure; they make people physically and psychologically happy. For this project, designers were asked to create new work that explores the nature of shiny objects. Mirrors, lighting, furniture, utensils, artwork, and a mobile are some of the new works to be debuted by these renowned Canadian designers.
